How HAVN Homes Began
HAVN Homes grew out of real experience—not a business plan.
Nancy spent years working in real estate, guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and improving their homes. Along the way, she saw the same challenges come up again and again: projects that looked good on paper but fell short in execution, or renovations that became more stressful and expensive than expected.
Early on, Nancy chose a lower-cost builder for a project—hoping to save money—but quickly realized the cost came later in missed details, communication gaps, and compromises she wouldn’t make again.
When she began working with Gzim, everything changed.
The difference wasn’t just craftsmanship. It was reliability, honesty, problem-solving, and the ability to execute a design with care and precision. From that point on, Nancy trusted Gzim with her own projects—and recommended him to her clients without hesitation.
Over time, a clear idea took shape:
